Tina - Owner/Manager - Early Years Teacher - Level 6 Tina has over 25 years experience in early years & primary teaching. She has a degree in education and holds the Montessori Diploma. Tina has also worked as a distance learning tutor for a Montessori training provider and now runs her own Early Years Consultancy. Tina fulfilled her childhood dream to 'be a teacher in my own school' when she established Rainbow's End in 2007. Since then the preschool has built an excellent reputation within the local community. Tina is mum to a grown-up daughter who works with her at Rainbow's End.
Louise - Deputy Manager - Level 3 Louise is an experienced Early Years Practitioner and mum to two young children. Louise is an inspiring manager who sets high standards. She is passionate about providing an outstanding early years environment at Rainbow's End.
Leila - Supervisor - Level 4 Leila is a qualified Montessori Teacher at both Nursery and Primary School levels. Leila holds a teaching degree in Brazil, where she worked as an elementary school teacher for many years. Leila is a skilled linguist and is fluent in Italian & Portuguese. She is an imaginative teacher who engages & inspires the children.
Sara - Montessori Teacher - Level 4 Sara is a qualified Montessori Teacher and holds the Montessori Diploma for Birth-Seven. She is also a qualified Early Years Educator. Sara is the lead teacher in our Little Rainbows Room. She is an experienced Montessori Teacher with a kind & gentle approach to settling our youngest children and introducing them to the Montessori curriculum.
Alisha - Early Years Educator - Level 3 Alisha is a qualified Early Years Educator. Having grown up with Rainbow's End as part of her life, Alisha has a good understanding of the Montessori materials. She is an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to helping each child to achieve their full potential. Alisha plays football for a local team and enjoys leading sports sessions & outdoor learning with the children.
Jess - Early Years Apprentice - Working towards Early Years Educator Level 3 Jess is in the second year of her apprenticeship and is working towards Early Years Educator Level 3. Jess enjoys sports and enjoys supporting the children in our sports sessions.
Michaela - Early Years Apprentice - Working towards Children & Young People's Workforce Level 2 Michaela is working towards a Level 2 Early Years qualification. She enjoys planning creative activities for the children and particularly enjoys working with our 2yr olds.
